The chairperson of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), RK Chaturvedi, called    Kalpit Veerwal   in the morning to give him the news that he got AIR 1.He is the topper in general as well Scheduled Caste category. He has scored 360 out of 360 in the examination. The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has notified following two changes in the JEE pattern for 2017: There shall be no weightage for the 12 th  class marks in calculating the ranks in the JEE (Main) examination, For the candidates to qualify for the admission in the IITs/NITs/IIITs and such other CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE (Advanced)/JEE(Main) ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12 th  class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST students the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class examination. CBSE has released the JEE MAIN 2017 RESULTS TODAY. The JEE Mains exam was held on April 2. IITJEE Main Result 2017 :  The score and rank of Paper-I of  JEE Main  2017 for all candidates will be declared today on 27th April 2017. This score shall comprise the actual marks obtained in Paper-I of JEE (Main) 2017 along with the status of those who qualify for appearing in IITJEE (Advanced) 2017 provided and subject to other conditions of eligibility being met. The rank shall comprise All India rank and All India category rank. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has successfully conducted the Paper 1 and paper 2 on 2 nd(offline) , 8 th , and 9 th  of April 2017.The CBSE has already released the answer key for the JEE Main examination soon after the examination completed.
