Very bad News for Whatsapp & Facebook Users

Offensive WhatsApp posts can land group admin into jail.Social media platforms allow a person to create a group on which members can share views, photographs or videos.Think thrice before becoming administrator of a group on Whatsapp or Facebook as one is liable for prosecution if any rumour or fake news is circulated on it. There are several groups on social media sites such as whatsapp & Facebook etc which are named on news groups and also groups with other names which are propagating news and information which is not authentic.

In a joint order issued by DM Yogeshwar Ram Mishra and Senior Superintendent of Police Nitin Tiwari, it has been made clear that any factually incorrect, rumour or misleading information on a social media group could result in an FIR against the group administrator and Admin may land into jail.

The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has notified following two changes in the JEE pattern for 2017: There shall be no weightage for the 12 th  class marks in calculating the ranks in the JEE (Main) examination, For the candidates to qualify for the admission in the IITs/NITs/IIITs and such other CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE (Advanced)/JEE(Main) ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12 th  class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST students the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class examination. CBSE has released the JEE MAIN 2017 RESULTS TODAY. The JEE Mains exam was held on April 2.
